Field Trip Refund Information

We hope all of our students, parents, and staff of the Escambia County School System are doing well.  We encourage all to continue to follow health department guidance and to focus on your family’s safety during the COVID-19 pandemic. We thank you for your patience and understanding during this time of school closures, social distancing, and the mandatory Stay-At-Home order.

In an effort to keep you informed, we are providing the following information which we will continue to update as developments occur.

Field Trip Refunds
We will NOT be releasing any refunds at this time, as our schools and facilities are closed and
currently complying with Governor Ivey’s “Stay at Home Order”. Our school staff will be working on preparing Field Trip Refund Forms that will be used in the refund process for all canceled field trips. This form will be used in place of a W-9. Refunds will be issued in the form of a school check. You will be notified when our school campuses can be reopened and it is safe for students/parents to complete the refund process. We apologize for any hardship or inconvenience caused by this temporary school closure.
